Botox

Botox relaxes facial muscles that have contracted over time to cause lines, resulting in smoother skin. For the best effect, botox treatments should be repeated every 4 months.

Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers enhance the existing shape and structure of your face by adding volume where it has fallen away over time. These should be renewed every year.

Threads

Invisible sub-dermal threads help tighten your skin just the right amount, only where you need it. This simple procedure adds smoothness to your complexion without the complexity of surgery. Threads should be replaced every 2 years.

All treatments are done in Mont d’Or’s luxury spa. Dr Koch will first conduct an assessment, where he will offer his professional recommendation and, along with your personal preference, suggest an aesthetics treatment tailored to you.

The full compliment of treatments –botox, dermal fillers and threads – takes approximately an hour, and can be combined with any of our other spa treatments or packages. With our personal, bespoke service and Dr Koch’s expertise, we ensure you leave feeling pampered and rejuvenated.

Dr Andrew Koch has been practicing aesthetic medicine both in South Africa and abroad for the last 8 years. After graduating from the University of Stellenbosch in 2007 with a Bachelors in Dentistry (BChD), he went on to complete a Postgraduate Certificate in Aesthetic Medicine in 2009, before leaving South Africa to practice with leading professionals in Europe.

After spending 2 years in The Netherlands and the Seychelles working with Dutch and Italian specialists, he returned to South Africa in 2011 where he opened his own practice in the scenic Winelands town of Paarl. Today, Dr Koch works with clients across the Cape, while devoting time to aesthetics conferences to ensure his practice remains world class.
